On 12 April 2011 Sergey Seliverstov, partner of Law Firm “Sokolov, Maslov & Partners”, made a report at the 24th annual European Energy Law Seminar organized in Noordwijk-aan-Zee (Netherlands) by the Dutch Energy Law Association and the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law (University of Oslo). The report represented a critical analysis of the provision of the Draft Convention on Ensuring International Energy Security and their interrelation with the Energy Charter Treaty.
